However, it’s essential to note that certain art products might exhibit slight variations in finish. Handmade paintings, for instance, may have minor differences due to the nature of the work.

Cancellation Policy-

• You have the freedom to cancel your orders within 2 hours before they are dispatched, and there will be no additional expenses incurred for doing so. To initiate a cancellation, you can contact our customer support team through our helpline or by sending us an email at -mudrawholesale@gmail.com. However, once an order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled.
• Regarding refunds, we will process the reversal of the transaction for your prepaid orders. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, kindly provide us with your account details so that we can process the refunds accordingly. Please note that any applicable COD charges are non-refundable, and only the product fees will be reimbursed.
• The refund process may take approximately 7-15 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies. To ensure a successful refund, please make sure that the products are unused, unaltered, unwashed, unsoiled, and undamaged in any way.

Bulk Order Policy-

• We would like to inform you that bulk orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if you receive faulty or damaged items within a bulk order, we will gladly replace those specific items individually. Please note that due to the volume of bulk orders, shipping may take a bit longer than usual. Our team will provide you with the confirmed shipping time at the time of purchase confirmation.
• For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, if you decide to return the order, any handling charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.Mudra Wholesale will not be liable to cover any handling charges on behalf of the customer.
