If the product you want is out of stock, you may write to us at mudrawholesale@gmail.com and we will try to make the product available at the earliest.We will try to deliver an out-of-stock product within three to five business days of receiving an order. If it is not possible, your money will be refunded.
• Delivery – We at www.mudrawholesale.com endeavor for timely delivery to all customers via our logistics partners. We would take upto 3 days to dispatch from our unit in Mumbai. Please provide us the time period 5– 7 working days to deliver the product at your given address. The delivery of the product depends upon the city in which the product has to be delivered and the availability of product in our stock.
• Prices – The price of the products available on this website is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer in accordance with the laws in force. The prices displayed on the website are current prices in INR which are subject to change without any prior notice. The orders from the website are acknowledged at current price and are subject to GST. There are NO hidden charges when you have placed any order.
• Packaging – We pack every product in  thermocol, very safe packaging to ensure it reaches you safely.

Out of stock Of Goods
Mudra Wholesale adheres to a strict stock policy. Titles that are out of stock are removed from the site until stocks are available.We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If the product you want is out of stock, you may write to us at mudrawholesale@gmail.com and we will try to make the product available at the earliest.We will do our best to keep our stocks stocked and our website up-to-date. We will refund any order that we receive with an incorrect stock number. We will do our best to get it to you within 3-4 working days. If we are unable, your money will be refunded using the same payment method as you used. The rest of your order is dispatched. We will inform you via email or whatsapp as soon as possible that the title is not in stock.

COD Policies

• In Cash on Delivery, you’ll have to pay the order amount directly to the courier partner at the delivery time, instead of paying in advance.
• Our logistics partner should have your delivery address. To ensure delivery, please enter the validity pin code.
• Please pay cash or online only. Do not send cheques or Demand Drafts to the courier staff.
• You can cancel your order within 3 hours after placing it. After that, it will be processed and shipped.
• We recommend that you carefully choose your home decor, gift, and canvas etc.
